Built on real application data
The draft is generated from job data, a stored job-ad snapshot, and the linked JSON CV for the active application. URL-imported job ads now save their text automatically for the AI flow.
Editable and saved per application
Nothing is locked. You can edit, save, and reopen the draft later as part of the same application process, whether you start from the application itself or from a selected job posting.

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your own machine. Nothing is sent to external servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Karemo does not collect personal data for analytics. Updates are validated with checksums (SHA-256), normal configuration requires HTTPS for updates and license verification, and the local lease cache is hardened with Windows protection.
Does Karemo create backups?
Karemo does not create automatic backups today. You can copy your data folder (SQLite + documents) whenever you want.
How do I use Karemo?
Start by adding your first opportunity or role. Then track contacts, notes, and status updates in one workflow, and use AI cover letters when a JSON CV is linked to the application.
Do I need an account?
No. Karemo works without sign-in, so you can start immediately.
How does AI work in Karemo?

Can I test Karemo on Mac?

Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export or copy your data folder at any time.

Karemo is built for safe use. You keep full control of your data inside the application, while the website only uses simple visit logging for operations and follow-up.
What data does Karemo store?
Only data you add yourself, such as jobs, contacts, activities, and notes.
No account is required. Karemo uses a local license file and does not collect personal data for analytics inside the application.
Where is the data stored?
All data is stored locally on your own machine (SQLite under LocalAppData).
The website logs basic visit data such as page, timestamp, referrer, and anonymized IP hash in local log files.
Updates are fetched through a manifest with checksum validation.
The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may send requests to Google when the page is opened.
External traffic only happens in user-driven flows such as update checks or API integrations.
You stay in control: delete, export, or move your data whenever you want.
